Hi
Mohammed Ali suffers from a type of Parkinson’s disease called Pugilistic Parkinsonism. This means that we think his symptoms have probably been caused by too many concussions during his fights. This is different to the type of Parkinson’s that people get when they are older. This means that his form of Parkinson’s would be harder to cure since he has actually damaged his brain. The best way to stop Mohammed Ali’s form of Parkinson’s is to not get so many bumps on the head!!
In older people cells die for a reason not related to head injuries.

Probably! it’s a dangerous sport. Your poor brain gets bashed against the skull and its no wonder it gets damaged.
Michael J Fox has Parkinson’s too! 🙁 it’s very sad.
