I don’t think I’m naturally very athletic (I had asthma when I was younger, and was always one of the last picked for sports at school!), but I really enjoy sport anyway. I train really hard for triathlon and running, so I swim, cycle or run nearly every day, which makes me pretty fit! I’m pretty stubborn, so I keep going at training sessions even when I’m really tired 😛 So I think I’m quite athletic through a lot of hard work and determination!
