      Well eating healthily is really important. In loads of studies it has been shown that people with loads of fat in their diet tend not to live as long as other people. Not being obese or overweight is generally seem as the best way to stay healthy. So exericising is also very important.

      Not doing things to damage your DNA is also a good idea, so smoking is probably not the best thing to do. However, your genes also play a massive part in ageing. Some people are just more likley to live longer than others im afraid. The best thing to do is to just try and be healthy but alot the factors that control ageing are out of your hands im afraid.
