• Question: What is the most serious symptom of parkinsons disease?

      Hi Thomas,

      i think if you were to ask a patient they would say it is the tremor. this is similar to a shake usually of the hands and head which is there all the time, it makes it really hard to do simple tasks like brushing your teeth. Also patients find it hard to initiate movements, what i mean is that they are able to walk perfectly well but taking the initial steps can be really hard and they can sometimes freeze and not be able to go any further.
