      Alochol is normally found in skin creams. If you put pure alcohol on your skin then it tends to dry it out and can irritate it.

      There are a few chemicals that have been used in various skin creams and make ups etc. These include parabens (e.g methylparaben) and sodium lauryl sulphate. Some of these have been shown to be potentially damaging, but the quantities used in the majority of big brand cosmetics are so tiny it is unlikely that they will do any harm to your skin 🙂 Just be careful if you have sensitive skin 🙂
