• Question: is your joint in your knee bigger than the joint in your elbow

      yes your knee joint is the biggest and most complicated in your body 🙂

      Turns out, the answer is yes, by more than 10cm for me!

      My first thought would be to say yes, because my legs are generally wider than my arms. But thoughts can sometimes be misleading. Common sense isn’t always common or sensible. So I got a tape-measure to check. Turns out the circumference of my right elbow is 29.5cm, my left is 30.5, giving an average of 30cm for elbow circumference. My knees were 44.5 and 43.2 cm, averaging 43.85cm

      So that’s me. Have you tried yourself?
