Thanks, that’s a really good question! Fish do have lots of protein in them,and are very good for you to eat,but your body needs to digest this protein when you eat it. This digestion breaks the protein down into small parts, which your body can then take to all the different cells that need it, and build new proteins from these. So, if someone has a problem with building some proteins that they need, eating more fish (ot other foods with lots of protein, like eggs, beans or dairy) won’t always help.
