You could try to eat some protein with every meal: have an egg for breakfast (with soldiers of course!); and a chicken/turkey/tuna/cheese sandwich or salad for lunch; for dinner, have something different, something you didn’t have for lunch… variety is a very good thing; and eat what you like to eat; if you’re not keen on red meat, have fish (I love it); salmon/mackerel/sardines; even a bean burger or a bean casserole! Meat generally is an excellent source of protein; beef, turkey, chicken… and don’t forget milk!
