      Hello 😀

This is an excellent question. As we age we all accumulate damage in our cells. In many parts of the brain there is a little bit of cell death, but not as much as in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Many of the problems that affect older people like strokes and epilepsy also cause the loss of cells.

For most people though the loss of cells is so small that you won’t notice any big difference to your daily lives. 🙂
