I am afraid i don’t have any secrets for a longer life. We are still investigating what makes us age and what makes some of us get diseases.
I think that as long as you eat a healthy diet and exercise then this all helps. you want to avoid damaging the cells of your body so things like smoking and too much alcohol definitely don’t help! I think it is also important to keep your brain active so doing things like crosswords or brain training games really helps our brains as you get older. there are some experiments that have shown that something increase lifespan in mice but not many of these have been tested in humans.
